VF Mixed Berry Crumble

Great for breakfast, or add ice cream and enjoy for dessert.



  • 2/3 cup cold butter

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Berry Mix

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blackberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch *optional, add more if you like a thicker berry mix

  • 1/4 cup tablespoons vomFASS Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Bake at 375F for 40-45 Mins, till the crumble is golden brown, and the berry mix is bubbly. Let it cool for 30 Mins before serving.

  2. Serve with ice-cream and an extra drizzle of vomFASS Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar.
