Thai-inspired Peanut Dressing. Perfect for a Quinoa bowl packed with lots of veggies, this dressing packs some powerful flavours.
1/2 cup peanut butter natural, unsweetened
2 tbs Fish Sauce (or low UK sodium soy sauce for vegetarian, use tamari or coconut aminos for GF)
2 tbs vomFASS Calamansi Vinegar
2 tbs honey
1 red chilli chopped (optional)
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tbs vomFASS Lemon Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 garlic cloves pressed or grated virgin
2-4 tbs warm water
Mix all the ingredients listed in the post above, into a bowl and thin it out with some warm water based on your preference.
Mix some of your dressing into the quinoa salad and serve with extra dressing on the side.
