Thai Dressing With Lemon Oil Recipe

Thai-inspired Peanut Dressing. Perfect for a Quinoa bowl packed with lots of veggies, this dressing packs some powerful flavours.


Peanut Dressing

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter natural, unsweetened

  • 2 tbs Fish Sauce (or low UK sodium soy sauce for vegetarian, use tamari or coconut aminos for GF)

  • 2 tbs vomFASS Calamansi Vinegar

  • 2 tbs honey

  • 1 red chilli chopped (optional)

  • 1 tbs fresh lime juice

  • 1 tbs vomFASS Lemon Extra Virgin Olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves pressed or grated virgin

  • 2-4 tbs warm water


  1. Mix all the ingredients listed in the post above, into a bowl and thin it out with some warm water based on your preference.

  2. Mix some of your dressing into the quinoa salad and serve with extra dressing on the side.

  3. Enjoy!
