Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen berries,

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen,

  • 3 TBS VF raspberry balsamic vinegar,

  • 1 scoop vanilla / unflavoured protein powder of choice.


  1. Add Toppings chia seeds, berries, pumpkin seeds, mint leaf, and a light drizzle of the raspberry balsamic vinegar.
