Ingredients


Mango Ice Lollies

  • 1 Mango

  • 50 ml VF Wild Mango Balsamic Star

  • 50 ml Pineapple Juice

  • Pineapple Pieces

  • Chilli Powder



Instructions


  1. Place the mango, Wild mango Balsamic Star and pineapple juice in a blender and puree finely.

  2. Put the pineapple chunks in an ice cream bar hold/form and add some chilli powder.

  3. Add the mango puree and place in the freezer, preferably overnight.
