German Potato Salad with VF Apple Vinegar + VF EVOO Recipe


Potato Salad

  • 1½ lbs peeled, washed, and quartered

  • 1 small shallot or red onion, peeled and sliced

  • 3 scallions finely sliced

  • ½ cup vomfass extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons vomFASS Apple Vinegar, add more according to taste

  • ¼ cups fresh parsley chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped

  • Pinch of dried oregano (optional)

  • VomFASS Salt and black pepper

  • Chopped apple for extra crunch and freshness (optional)
