This sauce recipe, is quick, easy, great on top of tacos, and also fantastic as a dressing for Burrito bowls. Experiment with the amount of vinegar you like to add to the sauce, and also experiment with other vinegars. We have made this sour cream concoction with our Mango Balsamic, and also tried a version with Honey Balsamic Star. Like it spicy? Add a fresh jalapeño to the mix.
