Mimori Japanese Pure Malt Whisky

The name "Mimori" can be traced back to the three different wooden barrels in which this outstanding Japanese whiskey was stored.
 
Mimori is a Japanese term and means something like: three pieces of wood. On the one hand, these are ex-bourbon barrels, former sherry casks and barrels made from Japanese Mizunara oak. The Vatting here consists of 100% malt whiskeys. The composition of the woods gives this whiskey a rich taste profile with aromas of sweet grain and malty dried fruits. The finish is rounded off by a pleasant, light touch of smoke and honey.
