Forest Honey

100% German, our classic Forest Honey is made from honeydew collected by bees in the forests of southern Germany. In addition to pollen from rapeseed flowers, our Forest Honey also contains pollen from maple, pomeceous fruit, willow, stone fruit, chestnut, linden tree, horse chestnut, pine, oak and pollen of other nectar-supplying and nectarless plants, which gives it an aromatic-spicy flavor. Enjoy it as a sweet bread spread or for refining pastries or desserts!
