Pistachio & Olive Oil Cake

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Sift together first four ingredients, set aside. 
  3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.  
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix to form a batter. 
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake until toothpick is clean when removed.

  • 1 1/2  cup  sugar
  • 1/2  tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2  tsp. baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2  cup  whole milk
  • 1  cup VOM FASS Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2  cup  VOM FASS FassZination Pistachio Oil
  • 3  T.  orange zest, grated
  • 1/2  tsp.  vanilla extract
  • 1/2  cup  pistachio nuts, roasted and crushed
