Drunken Shrimp

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate shrimp for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F.  
  3. Remove shrimp from the marinade and add 2 T. VOM FASS Walnut Oil or VOM FASS Peanut Oil. 
  4. Bake Approximately 10 minutes. 
  5. Add VOM FASS Salt and Pepper to taste.  
  6. Drizzle with VOM FASS Calamansi Balsam or VOM FASS Mango Balsam before serving.

  • 2 T. garlic, minced
  • 1 cup VOM FASS Waterbrook White Wine or any VOM FASS White Wine
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, tail-on and deveined
  • 1 tsp.  VOM FASS Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. VOM FASS Pepper
  • 2 T. VOM FASS Walnut Oil or VOM FASS Peanut Oil
  • VOM FASS Calamansi Balsam or VOM FASS Mango Balsam
