Hazelnut Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. On a flat surface, shape the flour into a cone shape, creating a small well in the center. 
  3. Add the next 6 ingredients and knead in thoroughly. 
  4. Using your hands, form the dough into a roll. 
  5. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with VOM FASS Sunflower Oil.  
  6. Bake the roll for about 8 minutes. 
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool.  
  8. Cut the roll into ½ inch slices. 
  9. Place the slices on the pan and bake for about 10 more minutes.

Dip these cookies in a VOM FASS Cream Liqueur. Deliciousness is guaranteed!

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts, helped milled, half chopped
  • 1/2 cup VOM FASS FassZination Hazelnut Oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 200 ml cream liqueur
  • 1 tsp. VOM FASS Sunflower Oil
