Peel and seed the melon and cucumber.
Dice all vegetables into small pieces and fruits.
Combine vegetables in a bowl with mix with herbs and Calamansi Balsam and Old Spanish Wine Vinegar.
Season to taste with Salt.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to two days.

- 2 cucumbers
