Fruit Salsa

Directions:

  1. Peel and seed the melon and cucumber. 
  2. Dice all vegetables into small pieces and fruits. 
  3. Combine vegetables in a bowl with mix with herbs and Calamansi Balsam and Old Spanish Wine Vinegar.   
  4. Season to taste with Salt. 
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to two days.

  • ½ honeydew melon
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 poblano pepper
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 3 T. cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T. VOM FASS Calamansi Balsam
  • 2 tsp. VOM FASS Old Spanish Wine Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt
