Five-Minute Fudge


  1. Melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the microwave (3-5 min.)
  2. Once melted, stir in Aceto Balsamico Maletti and vanilla extract.
  3. Spoon mixture into 8” baking pan to set.
  4. When firm, scoop the fudge with melon baller into small cupcake wrappers
  5. Make a small indentation in the top of the fudge ball and fill with Aceto Balsamico Maletti and 4-6 Raspberry Balsamic pearls.

  • 1 package of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 15-30 ml VOM FASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 jar of VOM FASS Raspberry Balsamic Pearls
