Chocolate Ganache & Strawberries
Place the chocolate and Hazelnut Oil in a medium bowl.
In a small pan, bring the butter and cream to a boil.
Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy.
Holding the top of the strawberry, dip 2/3 of the way into the chocolate, then remove and set aside on wax paper to cool.
- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
- ¼ cup VOM FASS FassZination Hazelnut Oil
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1-2 lbs. fresh strawberries rinsed, and drained
