Chocolate Ganache & Strawberries


  1. Place the chocolate and Hazelnut Oil in a medium bowl. 
  2. In a small pan, bring the butter and cream to a boil. 
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy. 
  4. Holding the top of the strawberry, dip 2/3 of the way into the chocolate, then remove and set aside on wax paper to cool.

  • 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • ¼ cup VOM FASS FassZination Hazelnut Oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 lbs. fresh strawberries rinsed, and drained
