CAMEMBERT CHEESE WITH BLACKBERRIES AND FIG-CHILI BALSAMIC CREAM TOPPING
Put the honey together with butter in a small pot and boil it up together.
Quench the mix with Vom Fass Fig-Chili Balsamic Vinegar.
Add the pinch of salt and the blackberries and glaze all ingredients for 2 min.
Arrange two pieces of Camembert (Brie) cheese on a plate together with the hot blackberry-topping and refine it with sour cream and one stick of thyme.
For variety try adding different berries and grapes.
200 gr Camembert cheese (Brie)
250 gr blackberries
1-2 tbsp Vom Fass Fig-Chili Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp honey
pinch Vom Fass Inca Salt
1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sour cream
4 stick fresh thyme
