Fernandez Brandy de Jerez

This classic Spanish brandy comes from Andalusia in the south of Spain. It is made using the traditional Brandy de Jerez method, dating back to the 10th century. The first step is to distill Sherry, also a Spanish drink made from grapes. It is aged in a unique way, using the "Solera" method (blending older brandies with the more recently made brandies using old Sherry oak barrels). The "Solera" method yields exceptionally fine and consistent brandies. Our Brandy has been classified as Gran Reserva Solera meaning that it has been aged at least 10 years.

It has a beautiful amber colour and a typical Sherry smell with caramel and vanilla tones. The taste is smoky and slightly woody. It has a nice dry exit. This is a round and unusual brandy. Try it and enjoy!
