Cerises rouges Brandy

Red Cherry brandy from Alsace, France. Unusual and fine. This brandy is made by taking kirsch, a strong cherry brandy, and mixing it with unfermented fresh cherries. As such, it has a dark red colour. You may drink this brandy at room temperature. It has a great cherry smell along with some oak accents. The taste is round and fruity, but only slightly sweet. For those of you who like to cook, you may also use this in your kitchen. It is excellent with pork dishes.
