Apricot Brandy

This is a lovely Italian brandy made by carefully fermenting and distilling ripe apricots. It has a clean, clear colour. The smell and flavour of the apricots are powerful and intense. It is silky and slightly oily on the palate. Remember this is not a liqueur but a spirit so it is very strong. We recommend that you serve this chilled.
